The Kern NIB Drive-Through Scale is specially designed for the fast and accurate weighing of various transport carts, such as mesh carts, wash carts, shelf carts, container carts, warehouse carts, transport trolleys, transport cases, pallet trucks, roll containers, trash bins, and more.
Drive-through scales allow goods to be accurately weighed during the production process without the need for reloading. This ensures seamless integration of the weighing process into the workflow with minimal time loss.
The scale platform has low height and integrated ramps on both sides, facilitating easy driving of the transport carts onto it. The weighing bridge is made of steel with powder coating and features 4 aluminum load cells with a silicone coating. Additionally, the scale has dust and splash-proof protection (IP67).
Equipped with a spirit level, the scale can be easily leveled. It can also be effortlessly moved and stored efficiently thanks to its wheels and handles. A wall mount for the display unit is included as standard, along with a protective cover for added safety during transport and storage.
The Kern NIB Drive-Through Scale boasts a large LCD screen with a digit height of 25 mm for easy reading. The overall dimensions and weighing surface are 800 x 800 mm. The scale is powered by batteries (not included) and also has an external power adapter. The allowable ambient temperature ranges from -10°C to 40°C.
